Full-Time Social Engagement Manager Spain

Social Engagement Manager is a fixed-term contract position, fully remote, to manage the social media ecosystem for the Spanish market.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media content calendars for Spanish market, incorporating local content.
• Act as main point of contact for Spanish social media accounts.
• Publish and tag content from global teams.
• Create and publish regional/local content via Sprinklr.
• Cover physical events with live social media content.
• Ensure accurate data tracking via Sprinklr.
• Develop local social media strategy to support marketing plans.
• Brief external agencies/freelancers.
• Identify top-performing content for amplification.
• Analyze local post performance and generate reports.
• Monitor competitors and social media trends.
• Ensure localization of marketing assets.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in social media/community management.
• Proficiency with creative tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong social media knowledge (best practices, algorithms).
• Ability to work with internal/external creative resources.
• Analytical skills and campaign/asset performance measurement.
• Strong coordination/organizational skills.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and strong English proficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish market.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Impressions & engagement by platform.
• Adoption rate of global content.
• Content tagging rate for accurate data tracking.
