The Lifetime Value Co. is seeking a Social Media Content Manager to manage our brands' presence across social platforms. This role involves creating and distributing engaging, platform-native content to drive engagement, grow communities, and strengthen brand reputation.
What You Will Get to Do
- Content Creation & Publishing: Plan, create, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Manage content calendars and experiment with new formats.
- Community Engagement & Growth: Monitor and respond to comments and messages, foster community engagement, and partner with teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Performance Tracking & Insights: Track content performance, analyze data to identify optimization opportunities, and share insights with teams.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with designers, video producers, and copywriters to develop creative assets and coordinate with teams to amplify brand messaging.
What You Bring to the Table
- 3–5 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of growing audiences on TikTok, Instagram, and Meta platforms.
- Strong skills in short-form video creation.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Experience with tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, or native platform analytics and AI tools like Descript, ChatGPT, and OpusClip.
- Data-driven mindset and highly organized.
