Full-Time Social Media Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our team.

This role is perfect for a socially savvy individual who is in tune with the latest trends, detail-oriented, creative and has a passion for building and nurturing online communities.

You will be responsible for drafting and executing smart, relevant outbound community engagement initiatives for our clients.

1. Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
2. Finding new social media trends
3. Have fun with trending videos and engage in a way that is authentic to the brand and audience
4. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
5. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

What You Will Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Personal PC/laptop with a working webcam
• Fluent in English and has excellent communication skills in both written and oral. Additional languages are a plus!
• Good working home environment with a stable internet connection
• Experience in Community Management
• Well-versed with the US culture
• Experience in Social Media and Customer Service (non-voice) is a plus!
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift, on a rotating schedule, and be flexible to work on weekends.
