Full-Time Social Media Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our team.

This role is ideal for a socially savvy individual who is in tune with the latest trends, detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about building and nurturing online communities.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic, relevant outbound community engagement initiatives on behalf of our clients.

1. Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, staying on-brand.
2. Finding new social media trends
3. Engaging with trending videos in a way that is authentic to the brand and audience.
4. Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
5. Staying up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Personal PC/laptop with a working webcam
• Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills. Additional languages are a plus!
• Must love social media (bonus if you have an active TikTok account)
• Good working home environment with a stable internet connection
• Experience in Community Management
• Understanding of US culture
• Social Media and Customer Service experience (non-voice) is a plus
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift, on a rotating schedule, coinciding with the US timezone, and be flexible to work on weekends
