Full-Time Social Media Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our team.

This role is ideal for a socially savvy individual who is in tune with the latest trends, detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about building and nurturing online communities.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic, relevant outbound community engagement initiatives on behalf of our clients.

1. Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional and on-brand manner.
2. Have fun with trending videos and engage in a way that is authentic to the brand and audience
3. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
4. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
5. Ad hoc tasks may include, but are not limited to:
• Finding new social media trends

What You Will Need

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• A personal PC/laptop with a working webcam
• Fluent in English and has excellent communication skills in both written and oral. Additional languages are a plus!
• Must love social media (bonus if you have an active TikTok account that you want to share)
• A good working home environment with a stable internet connection
• Must have experience in Community Management & the US market
• Must be well-versed in the US culture
• Any form of experience in Social Media and Customer Service (non-voice) is a plus!
• The ability to work an 8-hour shift, coinciding with the US timezone
