We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a socially savvy individual who is in tune with the latest trends.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, questions, and concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English and excellent communication skills
- Experience in Community Management & the US market
- Well-versed in the US culture
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift, coinciding with the US timezone (EST)
