Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Engagement Specialist. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic, relevant outbound community engagement initiatives on behalf of our clients.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional and on brand manner.
- Have fun with trending videos and engage in a way that is authentic to the brand and audience
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ad hoc tasks may include, but are not limited to: Finding new social media trends
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A personal PC/laptop with a working webcam
- Fluent in English and has excellent communication skills in both written and oral. Additional languages are a plus!
- Must love social media (bonus if you have an active TikTok account that you want to share)
- A good working home environment with a stable internet connection
- Must have experience in Community Management & the US market
- Must be well-versed in the US culture
- Any form of experience in Social Media and Customer Service (non-voice) is a plus!
- The ability to work an 8-hour shift, coinciding with the US timezone (EST)
