We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to manage our client's social media presence. This role encompasses:

• Creating engaging content
• Developing social media strategies
• Monitoring usage statistics
• Managing social campaigns

• Demonstrating strong communication skills

Responsibilities & Duties

1. Design and implement social media strategies aligning with business goals
2. Create multi-channel social calendars with complete ownership of the copy.
3. Define vital social media KPIs, set specific objectives, and report on ROI
4. Research current benchmark trends and audience preferences
5. Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly
6. Engage in social media communities
7. Measure social media campaign success
8. Analyze competitor activity
9. Collaborate with designers for content quality
10. Suggest and implement new content types for brand awareness and engagement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in social media, preferably B2B SaaS
• Strong copywriting skills
• Creative content creation (text, image, video)
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with web design (beneficial)
• Understanding of social media KPIs
• Expertise with LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media best practices
