Brilliant, seeks a Full-time Social Media Manager to help support the agency’s growing full funnel marketing agency.
- Strategy & Leadership: Lead the execution of organic social media programs across platforms. Serve as a client-facing expert. Develop and refine strategies that align with client marketing objectives.
- Content Development & Creative Direction: Build out content calendars balancing marketing objectives and platform trends. Provide creative direction to ensure content aligns with brand voice.
- Collaboration: Work alongside the Community Engagement team to ensure proactive and reactive community management strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and interpret key social metrics to generate actionable insights. Oversee reporting on content performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of agency social media experience (focused in CPG) on various platforms.
- Proven ability to develop and execute social strategies that drive engagement and growth.
- Strong client-facing skills.
- Highly creative.
- Superb time management skills.
