About the Role: Later is seeking a talented and creative Community Manager/Social Media Manager to join our team, reporting to our Director of Marketing Services. This role focuses on content creation and community engagement for client brands to maintain an exceptional and dynamic presence on social media.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and compelling content (graphics, videos, written posts) for various social media platforms.
- Partner with client's influencer marketing team to bring content to life.
- Partner with the strategy team to analyze content performance and community engagement metrics.
- Manage and nurture online communities, responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor social media trends to keep client brands relevant and engaging.
- Lead and manage customer success through relationship building.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams for innovative content ideas.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years proven experience in a Community Manager/Social Media Manager role, focusing on content creation and community engagement.
- Proven track record of independently managing and growing a social media presence for a large B2C brand.
- Exceptional content creation skills (writing, editing, adapting tone/style).
- Ability to independently create basic videos and graphics.
- Natural, engaging presence on camera.
- Experience leveraging AI is preferred.
- Comfortable with performance data analysis and using insights to adjust strategy.
- Natural desire to be active on social media.
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative content ideas.
- Experience with social media management tools (Later, Hootsuite, etc.) is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.

Compensation: $89,000-$98,000 USD + Bonus
