Full-Time Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative, motivated, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team.

This is a full-time, remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Create engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with the brand's voice and goals.
• Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistent messaging and timely updates.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements.
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers.
• Assist with website updates and maintenance.
• Contribute to email marketing campaigns.
• Support graphic design projects (banners, flyers).

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptable to various tasks and changing needs.
• Positive, creative attitude with attention to detail.
