• Leverage social listening tools to track competitors, customers, and trends.
• Work cross-functionally with AI SMEs, leadership, and marketing teams.
• Create an integrated content calendar for X and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop visuals and video content.
• Establish performance benchmarks and track content impact, engagement, and audience insights.
• Execute rapid-response content based on industry developments.
• Encourage employee engagement through an internal advocacy program.

• 3-5 years of experience managing social media for a technology brand, startup, or AI-related organization, with emphasis on X (Twitter) and LinkedIn.
• Deep knowledge of AI, LLMs, and tech trends, translating complex topics into engaging content.
• Proven experience driving social engagement and community growth.
• Strong ability to write and produce social-first content.
• Strong understanding of social data and analytics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with content publishing and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Meltwater).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
