About the Role
Virtual Rockstar is hiring a Social Media Manager Virtual Assistant on behalf of a US-based wellness practice. The Social Media Manager Virtual Assistant will play a key role in shaping and executing the practice’s social media strategy to grow brand awareness, boost engagement, and drive conversions. This role requires a mix of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and organizational skills. You’ll be managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms, creating impactful content, and ensuring seamless coordination with broader marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Content: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.). Create, curate, and manage engaging, high-quality content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals. Design and edit visual content for campaigns (graphics, videos, etc.) using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, optimizing them for performance.
- Analytics & Growth: Monitor and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to refine strategy and boost results. Stay updated on social media algorithms, trends, tools, and best practices. Explore influencer and brand ambassador partnerships as well as user-generated content opportunities.
- Community & Campaign Support: Manage and grow the online community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content. Coordinate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and product launches. Monitor online reviews, messages, and comments to maintain a strong brand reputation. Handle email follow-ups for campaigns and new clients.
- Executive Support: Provide executive VA support as needed.

Requirements
- Prior experience in social media management and virtual assistance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative skills in content creation (graphics, captions, short videos).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable analyzing marketing data and campaign performance.
- Tech-savvy; experience with CRMs, EMRs, or SEO tools is a plus.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work US business hours (with after-hours support).
