As our Social Media Manager, you'll develop and implement our corporate social media strategy for increased digital presence, brand awareness, talent attraction/retention, and software/payment sales. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Inclusion & Diversity, and Vertical Marketing teams. Your responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing a global social media strategy.
- Creating engaging content (copy & graphics) to reach business goals.
- Managing social media campaigns and daily activities (planning, content ideation, creation & curation, account oversight).
- Monitoring and responding to users, building leads and sales.
- Expanding communities and influencer outreach.
- Managing promotions, advertising, and marketing campaigns.
- Analyzing audience preferences, buyer personas, competitor activity, and industry trends.
- Identifying opportunities and mitigating threats in user-generated content.
- Providing social customer service, handling queries and complaints, and collaborating with customer service to resolve issues quickly.
- Analyzing performance data to improve campaigns.
- Monitoring social media trends, sharing best practices.
- Identifying and amplifying existing content.
- Executing external social posting, supporting Employee Advocacy.
- Ensuring effective call-to-actions (CTAs) to drive website traffic.
- Assisting in developing quarterly reports.
- Working with product and marketing teams to announce company news, support spokespeople, and build credibility.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in social media management.
- Strong strategy, planning, content creation, and social media management tool skills.
- Understanding of PR and social media integration.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships across teams in matrix organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, cross-functional and cross-geographic experience.
- Graphic design and video editing software proficiency.
- Understanding of public relations principles (desired, but not essential).
- Experience with audience analysis and buyer persona research.
- Budget management and agency collaboration experience.
