Full-Time Social Media Marketing Specialist

The Opportunity: We're seeking a brand-intuitive Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our award-winning luxury hair salon and expanding product line business. You'll grow our social media presence while maintaining our distinctive "chic, stealth edge" aesthetic. This role supports business preparation for major retail partnerships and builds authentic lifestyle brand content.

Salary: $900 - $1,100 per month (based on experience)

Location: Remote

Schedule: Flexible with Pacific Time overlap

Experience: At least 3 years experience.

Your Goal: Grow our social media presence across Instagram and TikTok, maintaining our brand aesthetic, creating content that drives salon bookings and product sales, and prepare for retail expansion.

1. Brand Aesthetic Expert: You learn and adapt to luxury brand positioning, understanding subtle nuances. Develop brand guidelines from existing materials, maintaining aesthetic integrity. Integrate lifestyle content authentically to support storytelling.
2. Strategic Content Creator: Develop comprehensive content strategies that balance engagement and conversion. Create diverse content (carousels, graphics, video). Time promotional campaigns strategically. Launch and grow social media presence across platforms.
3. Self-Directed Collaborator: Take initiative on creative ideas, building trust through guided collaboration. Transition to autonomous brand management. Contribute strategic suggestions and process improvements. Maintain professional communication and brand voice.
4. Dual-Brand Strategist: Manage content strategy across salon services and product line promotion. Prepare brands for scaling, including potential retail partnerships. Integrate customer testimonials and reviews into engaging content. Balance immediate engagement with long-term growth.
