ThinkBait is looking for a Social Media Moderator to manage our online presence for life insurance brands across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Moderate Online Communities: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and queries.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer queries and comments, providing information.
- Escalation Management: Escalate critical issues to the Social Media Lead.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure responses reflect brand values.
- Content Moderation: Flag inappropriate comments/posts.
- Reporting: Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and brand teams to align content.
Experience:
- Previous experience in social media moderation or customer service.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to quickly resolve issues.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and moderation tools is a plus.
