Full-Time Software Quality Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Software Quality Engineer (Manual) to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations.
• Performing manual testing of ERP system.
• Creating and updating scenarios and test cases based on analytical documentation and business requirements.
• Reporting and documenting bugs and risks in the defect management system (e.g. AzureDevOps)
• Defining and prioritizing acceptance test cases that meet the user story acceptance criteria and execute the test cases during sprints.
• Monitoring test coverage and adjusting test cases as needed to ensure maximum integration and user stories coverage.
• Measuring the effectiveness of testing and design, using customer satisfaction data and reporting any issues you come across.
• Reviewing user stories and proposed designs with testability in mind and driving testability improvements in every solution.
• Delivering detailed and prioritized test plans which meet the Testing Strategy and Product vision.

Proven experience in software testing and development is required.

Demonstrated ability to think creatively, generate and prioritize test cases and an understanding of complex systems.

A keen eye for detail and analysis, and you always keep the users´ needs and wants in mind.

Not afraid to make mistakes and learn from them.

Fluent in the English language.

Agile/lean work experience is preferred.

Experience in API and UI testing is a plus.

Experience with AzureDevOps, PlayWright, Confluence, SpecFlow is a plus.

Knowledge Gherkin is a plus.

ISTQB Certification is a plus.
