The Quality Engineering department plays a crucial role in ensuring software quality.

Responsibilities

• Research AI detection bypass trends and techniques.
• Share findings with the team.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and vulnerabilities in AI detection systems.
• Identify automation opportunities for testing AI detection systems.
• Develop, maintain, and improve automated test coverage.
• Contribute to overall solution design.
• Communicate effectively between technical and non-technical team members.
• Create, maintain, and update documentation for testing methods, tools, and strategies.
• Continuously improve processes and assess the impact of vulnerabilities.
• Provide guidance and training on bypass techniques.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in web application testing, automation, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain automated tests (e.g., Python, Java, Pytest, Selenium).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, statistical data analysis experience.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• API testing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience leading or mentoring teams in test automation initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Experience with security testing or red-teaming (especially NLP or AI).
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM APIs.
• Understanding of the ML lifecycle (training, fine-tuning, eval), Generative AI.
