The Role
As a Solutions Architect, ensure customer success with the Lumos platform. Drive implementation, provide support, optimize solutions, and offer strategic guidance.
Responsibilities
- Implement products, confirm designs, answer inquiries, troubleshoot, and guide on features/best practices.
- Create project plans aligned with onboarding.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers for training.
- Identify and resolve critical bottlenecks.
- Build processes and documentation for quicker time to value.
- Partner with product and engineering teams for automation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert.
- Report on market trends, customer success, and issues.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years experience in post-sales, B2B SaaS.
- Identity or cybersecurity industry experience.
- Success managing enterprise customer post-sales.
- Desire to work in a start-up environment.
Compensation
Base salary: $170,000 - $210,000.
