Full-Time Solutions Architect

Wasabi is seeking a Solutions Architect with AWS or other public cloud object storage experience.

Role Purpose: Leverage your storage and network experience to understand system operations at a massive scale.

Responsibilities:

• Explore the S3 storage protocol and its interactions with Wasabi services.
• Collaborate with Wasabi engineers globally for deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Propose creative and innovative ideas to enhance the team.
• Find simple solutions to complex problems.
• Collaborate with channel sales teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Provide pre-sales technical consulting to channel partners (demos, designs, answers).
• Serve as a technical liaison between partners, customers, and internal teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in support engineering, sales engineering, or solution architecture.
• Experience with public cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of protocols like S3, TCP, UDP, SSL.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud object storage services and policies (AWS S3, IAM, Azure Blob, GCP).
• Basic understanding of reseller/channel business models.
• Experience with mission-critical, 24x7 systems.
• Knowledge of Linux and programming fundamentals.
• Experience presenting to customers and partners.
• Ability to multitask across multiple activities and projects.
• Ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
