Full-Time Solutions Consultant 2

The Solutions Consultant is the evolution of the traditional Sales Engineering role, focusing on customer needs and value realization.

Impact:

• Meet/exceed sales quotas with strategic account plans targeting cross-platform solutions.
• Position, demonstrate, and create high-level designs across the PANW portfolio based on customer needs.
• Conduct discovery to understand customer technical, operational, and commercial imperatives.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams for successful solution implementation and adoption.
• Showcase strong communication skills and influence through presentations, demos, engagements, and workshops.
• Lead technical validation efforts to ensure technical wins.
• Orchestrate resources (Specialists, Channel Resources, Customer Support) for a cohesive strategy.
• Promote end-to-end solutions, including PANW and partner services, to accelerate customer value realization.
• Understand the competitive landscape and differentiate PANW's leadership.
• Continuously develop technical and professional skills, participating in the Solutions Consultant community and industry events.
• Identify technical stakeholders and build relationships for security architecture transformation.

Experience:

• Understanding of data networking, application design, and cloud architectures.
• Deliver cybersecurity solutions to address technical challenges and drive business initiatives.
• Influence and gain buy-in from key stakeholders.
• Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements.
• Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and/or SOC Transformation Technologies.
• Partnering with Customer Support for successful implementation and adoption.
• Proficient in English.
• Complex sales with long processes, multiple buying centers, and multi-product solutions preferred.
