Job Responsibilities

• Approach end-users, support sales to partners, and build sales/support systems for our security products (SE).
• Provide product explanation, training, workshops, demonstrations, and technical support for service-oriented products.
• Gather competitive intelligence, identify product strengths, and contribute to sales growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing) to increase market awareness and generate leads.
• Proactively identify opportunities, and build relationships within targeted social infrastructure companies to drive business development.

Requirements

• Essential: Pre-sales SE experience, pre-sales proposal experience (customer analysis, issue identification, solution proposals), continuous self-learning of related technologies (security, network, data center, SDN, public cloud).
• Essential: Maintain technical leadership on covered technologies.
• Essential: Understand industry trends and competitors, identify product strengths, and develop effective proposals.
• Essential: Strong Japanese and Business English skills (fluent/native, JLPT 1).
• Desired: Experience selling network infrastructure/cloud security products, demonstration, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Desired: Public cloud, container network, and security proposals.
• Desired: Combined product/solution proposals experience.
• Desired: Experience with product/service development.
