Full-Time プリセールス(Solutions Consultant)

Job Responsibilities:

• Approach end-users and support sales to partners to service our products.
• Provide product demonstrations, trainings, and workshops to enhance product knowledge.
• Provide technical support and assistance for service-oriented products and projects.
• Conduct thorough industry research and competitor analysis to emphasize our product's strengths.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and other teams to increase market awareness and generate leads.
• Identify new opportunities with social infrastructure companies by directly engaging with them.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a Pre-sales SE.
• Pre-sales proposal creation experience, including customer analysis, issue identification, and solution recommendations.
• Strong understanding of our security, network, data center, SDN, and public cloud technologies.
• Continuous self-learning to maintain technical leadership in relevant industry trends.
• Proficient in Japanese (fluent or native level, equivalent to JLPT N1).
• Business-level English reading and writing skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience selling, demonstrating, installing, and troubleshooting network infrastructure/cloud security products.
• Experience proposing network and security solutions for public clouds and containers.
• Experience proposing multiple product/solution combinations.
• Experience in product or service development.

• Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills (both internal and external).
