Your Career The Solutions Consultant is the evolution of the traditional Sales Engineering role, aligning how we best serve our customers. Providing solution guidance and ensuring value realization in their investment with Palo Alto Networks. As a Solutions Consultant, you provide technical leadership and expertise to guide customers through their security transformation journey. You play a key role in defining technical solutions to secure customer's key business imperatives and ensuring value realization.
You evangelize industry leadership in on-prem, cloud, and security operations services to establish PANW as your customer's cybersecurity partner of choice.

- Meet and exceed sales quotas by building and implementing strategic, technical account plans targeting cross-platform solutions.
- Position, demonstrate, and create high-level designs across the PANW portfolio based on customer needs.
- Conduct discovery to understand and articulate technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of prospects and customers.
- Work closely with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams to ensure implementation and adoption of solutions.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and influence through presentations, demos, technical engagements, and workshops.
- Lead successful technical validation efforts based on best practices to ensure technical wins.
- Orchestrate support resources (Specialists, Channel Resources, Customer Support) for a cohesive strategy.
- Promote end-to-end solutions (PANW and/or partner professional services) to quickly realize business value.
- Understand the competitive landscape and differentiate leadership.
- Continuously develop technical and professional skills, participate in the Solutions Consultant community and industry events.
- Identify technical stakeholders and cultivate relationships to drive security architecture transformation roadmaps.
Your Experience
- Understanding of data networking, application design, and cloud architectures.
- Delivering cybersecurity solutions, influencing new business initiatives, and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders.
- Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validations.
- Experience selling, designing, implementing, or managing solutions (Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and/or SOC Transformation Technologies).
- Partnering with Customer Support for successful implementation and adoption.
- Complex sales involving long sales processes, multiple buying centers, and multi-product solutions are preferred.
- Proficient in English.
