As a Solutions Consultant Manager, you will lead a team to serve customers, understand their environment, and provide solution guidance for Palo Alto Networks.
You will be the technical leader for your team, working with the District Sales Manager to build customer relationships and help them prevent cyberattacks. Your guidance will keep them ahead of the latest cyberthreats.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor Solutions Consultants.
- Support the team in complex evaluations and problem-solving.
- Lead and coach the team on technical validation efforts.
- Define and monitor individual development plans.
- Work with Professional Services and Customer Success teams to ensure customer adoption.
- Provide technical leadership in customer interactions, sharing security trends and methodologies.
- Drive Palo Alto Networks Platformization efforts.
- Act as an escalation point for pre-sales and post-sales issues.
- Build relationships with key customers.
- Present as an expert at all levels.
- Discuss competitor products and position ours as the best alternative.
- Work with Product Management and R&D to build product features.
- Travel within the region (50-75%).
- Develop a technical strategy with your sales counterpart.
Your Experience:
- Experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager.
- Industry knowledge of security product market trends.
- Knowledge of delivering comprehensive security solutions.
- Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and/or SOC Transformation Technologies.
- Partnering with Customer Support functions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Quota-driven attitude focused on client solutions.
- Proficient in English.
