Full-Time Solutions Engineer

Solutions Engineer at Allium.so works closely with customers to maximize value from the Allium platform.

Role Overview: This technical, customer-facing role involves designing custom blockchain data solutions.

1. Customer Engagement: Understand blockchain data needs and guide platform use.
2. Solution Design: Create tailored analytics solutions (e.g., dashboards, reports).
3. Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues.
4. Feedback & Product: Gather feedback to improve products and prioritize new features.
5. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for customer implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their blockchain data requirements.
• Design and implement tailored data analytics solutions.
• Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Gather customer feedback and work with product/engineering teams to prioritize features.
• Create and maintain documentation for customer implementations.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and JavaScript, and data analytics tools.
• 2-5 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics or similar, with a track record of designing customer solutions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology and its data structures, data security, and privacy best practices (a plus).
