Full-Time Solutions Engineer, Corporate Accounts

CyberArk is seeking a highly motivated Solutions Engineer to support Corporate Customers. The Solutions Engineer will combine technical knowledge with sales skills to drive technical wins during the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Technical pre-sales support
• Identify technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Articulate technology and product positioning to business and technical users
• Proactive sales opportunities development
• Presenting CyberArk's value proposition
• Designing optimal solutions for complex customer environments
• Responding to RFIs/RFPs
• Conducting and ensuring success of customer proof-of-concepts (POCs)
• Documenting client requests and issues in CRM
• Supporting CyberArk and partner seminars and industry trade shows
• Conveying customer requirements to Product Management
• Developing technical knowledge of CyberArk and related technologies
• Mentoring other system engineers (when appropriate)
• Creating training content for the SE organization (when appropriate)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Software Presales or equivalent experience
• Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and operations
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of security concepts
• Prior experience with CyberArk Software solutions (preferred)
• Experience with enterprise applications, security management, systems management, identity management, and/or policy management solutions, especially in the IAM and SIEM space
• Operational experience with LDAP Directories and LDAP Authentication methods
• Enterprise application authentication experience (e.g., .NET, Java, CLI) (a plus)
• Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, PowerShell) (a plus)
• Security certifications (Security+, CEH, CISSP) (a plus)
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions (a plus)

Salary: $87,000 - $128,000/year, plus commissions/bonuses
