Full-Time Solutions Engineer, Corporate Accounts

CyberArk is seeking a highly motivated Solutions Engineer to support corporate customers.

Responsibilities:

• Technical pre-sales support for CyberArk products.
• Proactively develop technical relationships with prospects and customers.
• Present CyberArk's value proposition effectively.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Conduct and manage customer proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Document client requests and issues in the CRM system.
• Support CyberArk and partner seminars/industry events.
• Communicate customer requirements to Product Management.
• Develop technical knowledge of CyberArk and related technologies.
• Mentor other system engineers (when appropriate).
• Develop training content for the SE organization (when appropriate).

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of software presales or equivalent customer-facing experience.
• Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and operations.
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux.
• Strong presentation skills; ability to present high-quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships cross-organizationally.
• Understanding of security concepts and development of security roles.
• Prior experience with CyberArk or relevant experience in enterprise applications, security management, systems management, identity management, and/or policy management solutions (especially in IAM and SIEM).
• Experience with LDAP Directories and LDAP Authentication methods.
• Enterprise application authentication experience (e.g., .NET, Java, CLI).
• Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is a plus.
• Security-related certifications (Security+, CEH, CISSP) are a plus.
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions is a plus.

Compensation: $87,000 - $128,000/year, plus commissions/discretionary bonus.
