As a Solutions Engineer at CyberArk, you will demonstrate the value of identity security solutions to prospective and existing Enterprise customers.
Showcase how CyberArk secures critical assets across hybrid cloud environments and distributed workforces through product demos, presentations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Guide clients through the technology evaluation phase, leveraging technical expertise and sales acumen.
Act as the primary technical resource for the sales team, guiding clients.
Serve as the key technical advisor and advocate for CyberArk's solutions, ensuring clients understand business and technical benefits.
Expertise in industry-specific security needs (Healthcare, Finance, Retail, Energy, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, and Manufacturing) is essential.
Address unique security and compliance challenges, designing optimal solutions.
Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Act as technical pre-sales support for Identity Security solutions.
- Deliver technical guidance and business-value demonstrations.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities by developing relationships.
- Lead Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations.
- Support RFP/RFI responses.
- Foster long-term relationships with technical teams and executives.
- Support and enable CyberArk's partner network.
- Represent CyberArk through public speaking, webinars, or trade shows.
- Serve as the customer advocate, relaying requirements.
- Actively engage and contribute to internal teams.
Requirements:
- Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years in presales, ideally in identity or security
- Strong relationship-building and leadership skills
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP IaaS/PaaS administration
- Practical experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, and Federation services
- Strong presentation skills; build and present high-quality product demonstrations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of security concepts and role development
- Proficiency in UNIX/Linux, database security, network security, scripting, and DevOps practices
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CEH, AWS Security, Google Cloud Security, Azure Security.
Salary: $111,000 - $154,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus.
Additional Information:
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Prior experience with CyberArk Software solutions preferred.
