As a Solutions Engineer at CyberArk, you will demonstrate the value of our identity security solutions to prospective and existing Enterprise customers. You'll showcase how CyberArk secures critical assets through product demos, presentations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Guide clients through technology evaluation by leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen. Work closely with the sales team as a primary technical resource.
Serve as a key technical advisor for CyberArk's solutions, ensuring clients understand business and technical benefits.
Expertise in industry-specific security needs is essential (Healthcare, Finance, Retail, Energy, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, and Manufacturing). Design optimal solutions aligning with customer infrastructure and datacenter environments.
Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as technical pre-sales support, delivering technical guidance and demonstrations.
- Proactively seeking new sales opportunities.
- Leading Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations.
- Supporting RFP/RFI responses.
- Fostering long-term relationships with technical teams and executives.
- Supporting and enabling the partner network.
- Representing CyberArk in public speaking, webinars, or trade shows.
- Serving as the customer advocate, relaying requirements.
- Actively engaging and mentoring internal teams.
- Conveying customer requirements to Product Management.
Requirements include:
- Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years in pre-sales, ideally in identity or security.
- Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP IaaS/PaaS administration (desirable).
- Practical experience managing Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, and Federation services.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of security concepts and role development.
- Proficiency in UNIX/Linux, database security, network security, scripting, and DevOps (preferred).
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CEH, AWS Security, Google Cloud Security, Azure Security.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Prior experience with CyberArk Software (preferred).
Additional experience with enterprise applications, security management, systems management, identity management, or policy management solutions (particularly Identity and Privileged Access) is beneficial.

Salary range: $111,000 - $154,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, based on performance.
