Full-Time Solutions Engineer - Enterprise

As a Solutions Engineer at CyberArk, demonstrate the value of identity security solutions to prospective and existing Enterprise customers.
Showcase CyberArk's security solutions for hybrid cloud environments and distributed workforces.
Use product demos, presentations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Guide clients through the technology evaluation phase with technical expertise and sales acumen.
Act as a primary technical resource, guiding clients through evaluation.
Serve as key technical advisor and advocate for CyberArk's solutions.
Demonstrate deep expertise in security needs across industries (Healthcare, Finance, Retail, Energy, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing).
Address unique security and compliance challenges, designing optimal solutions aligned with customers' infrastructure and datacenter environments.
Communicate complex technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Act as technical pre-sales support, delivering technical guidance and business-value demonstrations.
Proactively seek new sales opportunities by developing relationships.
Lead Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations.
Support RFP/RFI responses.
Foster long-term relationships with technical teams and executives.
Support and enable CyberArk's partner network.
Represent CyberArk in public speaking, webinars, or trade shows.
Serve as customer advocate, relaying requirements.
Actively engage and contribute to internal teams.
Convey customer requirements to Product Management.

Requirements:

• Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years in pre-sales, ideally in identity or security
• Strong relationship-building and leadership skills
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP IaaS/PaaS administration (highly desirable)
• Practical experience managing Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, and Federation services
• Strong presentation skills, and building high-quality product demonstrations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of security concepts and security roles
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux, database security, network security, scripting, and DevOps practices (preferred)

Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CEH, AWS Security, Google Cloud Security, Azure Security.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Prior experience with CyberArk Software solutions is preferred, along with relevant experience in enterprise applications, security management, systems management, identity management, and/or policy management solutions.
