Full-Time Solutions Engineer SME Workforce

• Solve complex problems in customer environments.
• Design secure, scalable identity solutions.
• Lead product demonstrations and workshops.
• Partner with Sales Specialists.
• Support marketing efforts and contribute to technical content.
• Provide feedback to Product teams.

• 3-5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
• Knowledge of IAM vendors and products (CyberArk, Active Directory, Okta).
• Understanding of security concepts and role development.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and API testing tools.
• Deep understanding of IAM Compliance and Governance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Scripting knowledge preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and advanced English. Portuguese a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

• CCSP, Okta Certified Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certification: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
