This role will provide administrative support to the Sales Engineering (SE) team, with a focus on managing demo and project requests, reporting, and data tracking. The SE Admin Support will work closely with the SE team to ensure smooth operations and efficient handling of customer-facing activities.
How you'll add value:
- Monitor incoming chat requests and SE requests to ensure the sales team is getting timely answers and the appropriate SE is assigned to demos and projects
- Help maintain the product feedback loop by collecting and organizing product gap information from customers and the sales team for the Product team
- Manage the SE team’s schedule and availability to optimize resource allocation for demos and projects
- Track and report on key metrics related to SE activities, including demo volume, project status, and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records of SE activities and requests in Salesforce
- Provide general administrative support to the SE team as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Some travel may be required
What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and gain stakeholder buy-in
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Familiarity with software products and the sales process

- Experience working in a high-growth technology company
- Familiarity with software demos and product presentations
