We’re seeking a strategic Solutions Specialist to be a global SME for our WeTrack Solutions, focusing on venue adoption of risk management and carbon footprint tools.
This role combines solutions engineering, product specialization, and sales enablement, suitable for those understanding venue challenges and effectively translating product value.
You'll collaborate with Account Managers/Account Executives on sales calls, providing expertise to shape the WeTrack value proposition for client operational, sustainability, and risk goals.
This high-impact, high-visibility role offers growth opportunities within a mission-driven team that helps top-tier venues improve planning, operations, and success measurement.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the product and solutions expert for venue customers within the WeTrack sales process.
- Partnering on global sales calls as a trusted expert, clarifying and positioning WeTrack solutions.
- Translating customer needs into customized product narratives and demonstrations, emphasizing risk and sustainability.
- Collaborating with product and marketing to refine messaging, use cases, and market positioning.
- Driving pipeline coverage, penetration, and solution clarity.
- Staying abreast of venue operations and industry trends to maintain sales conversation relevance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years sales experience at a SaaS company, ideally customer-facing or solutions-oriented.
- Desirable: Venue or event industry knowledge/experience, strong solutions mindset, demonstrated customer-facing expertise, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into real-world value, particularly in risk management and sustainability tools, and experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Essential: Comfort with a metric-driven, impact-focused approach, adaptable nature, strong organization, ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced global environment, passion for mission-driven technology focusing on venue safety, efficiency, and environmental improvements.
