Your Role The Sr. Actuarial Analyst will support the development of monthly financial forecasts for Provider Organization (PO) partners in ACO REACH, MSSP, and Medicare Advantage. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes and value clinical models and drive insights through data analysis and modeling.
Primary Functions Include:
- Support the development of monthly financial forecasts.
- Assist with data analysis and modeling.
- Plan and execute projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment.
- Design actuarial processes.
- Assist in designing and building tools.
- Create presentations using PowerPoint.
- Perform other related responsibilities.

You accept things change quickly in a startup environment. Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field required. Progress toward or attainment of relevant actuarial certification required. 2+ years of experience in actuarial roles. Experience in actuarial modeling, pricing, reserving, and risk management within healthcare. Relevant experience with Medicare Advantage bid preparation is preferred. Strong analytical and modeling skills using Excel and SQL/SAS. Comfort with independent work. Excellent prioritization and communication skills.

Compensation $94,300.00 - $108,400.00
