About this RoleWe’re looking for a strategic and analytical Senior Ad Measurement Analyst to join our growing team at Fandom. You’ll partner closely with the Ad Impact Measurement Senior Manager to evolve and elevate our ad measurement practice, expanding capabilities, refining processes, and introducing new tools and vendors. The ideal candidate has deep advertising analytics and measurement expertise, with a strong track record of innovation and impact.
You Will
- Lead end-to-end execution of ad effectiveness research, including brand lift studies, performance, and audience engagement analysis across display, video, and branded content campaigns.
- Transform performance data into clear, compelling stories highlighting client campaigns’ impact on the Fandom platform.
- Maintain Fandom’s performance benchmarks to provide meaningful context by vertical, format, and objective.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Research, and Ad Operations to ensure measurement strategies are aligned with campaign goals, business objectives, and platform capabilities.
- Deliver clear, impactful insights to both internal teams and external partners through compelling presentations.
- Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization to maximize advertising effectiveness and client success.
- Clearly and concisely communicate complex measurement findings and methodologies to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop compelling case studies, one-sheets, and other documentation to showcase Fandom’s capabilities and proven advertiser success.
- Identify gaps in current processes and provide recommendations to enhance cross-functional collaboration and increase operational efficiency.
You Have
- 5+ years of experience in media analytics, digital advertising measurement, marketing science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with a range of measurement tools and platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of ad impact measurement platforms, metrics, and industry trends.
- Solid experience with incrementality measurement (e.g., brand lift, sales lift) and a grasp of underlying statistical concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex information clearly and engagingly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize data from various sources into strategic insights.
- Experience in the end-to-end execution, analysis, and presentation of quantitative advertising research.
- Familiarity with attitudinal survey research, questionnaire design, and survey best practices.
- Working knowledge of the digital media landscape, including ad serving technologies, formats, targeting tactics, and campaign optimization strategies.
- Experience working with or within a media publisher, agency, or ad tech platform.
- Passion for media, entertainment, or gaming is a plus.
