As a member of our Global Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting the Risk & Security Field teams and GTM motions. You will help scale the business with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. Ability to develop and position field strategies to influence our GTM will be an integral part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:- Global Strategy & Execution: Help develop and execute a global pre-sales strategy for the Risk & Security solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives across all regions. Tailor approaches to meet the diverse needs of global markets while maintaining consistency in execution.
- Field Partnership: Collaborate with the field GTM teams to achieve the global sales quota. Work closely to align technical sales efforts with overall sales strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Business Units, Outbound Product Management, Technical Product Management, and peer global workflow leaders to drive cohesive GTM strategies and ensure alignment across all functions.
- Solution Development: Propose technical and creative business solutions in support of sales activities. Present both technical and business aspects of proposed solutions to C-level audiences.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain and disseminate deep expertise around Risk & Security to provide guidance and support to regional teams as they build and deliver demos, prototypes, and technical presentations.
- Performance Management: Review global pre-sales performance metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement globally.
- Influence Without Authority: Lead through influence, guiding regional teams and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to achieve shared goals without direct management authority. Foster a culture of collaboration and shared success.
To be successful in this role you have:
- Solutions Consulting Background: Strong background as a successful Solutions Consultant or Pre-Sales professional within the Enterprise Software space.
- Innovative Thinking: Ability to thrive in a culture that requires creative problem-solving and outside-the-box thinking.
- Technical Acumen: Technical depth to support customer meetings, deliver customer demos and proven success in conveying customer requirements to Product Management teams.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel
- Domain Expertise: Experience in the Risk & Security space and ServiceNow knowledge.
