Impact as a Sr. Analyst, Asset Management: Assists in asset management and analysis of Pop-Up and Hospitality Living opportunities. Supports corporate FP&A and Acq & Development.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of a portfolio of Pop-Up and Hospitality Living assets, including budgets, marketing plans, revenue management, operational efficiencies, and expense management.
- Partner relationship management with support from AM team.
- Conversion of UW to annual budgets.
- Review of operations for Pop-Up and Hospitality Living assets (monthly financial statements, STR, Kalibri reports, variance reports, balance sheets, operating statements).
- Staying updated on market information (supply, competitive assets, demand).
- Developing and updating asset and portfolio performance reports.
- Preparing weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly reports and KPIs for executive team, board, developers/owners.
- Establishing and updating performance benchmarks for continuous improvement.
- Assisting with corporate budgeting and quarterly reforecasting.
- Assisting property teams with monthly reporting and forecasting.
- Preparing monthly corporate reporting and KPIs.
- Supporting other departments with ad-hoc analysis.
- Supporting Acquisition and Development with KPI reporting and metrics.
- Searching for asset enhancement opportunities and presenting business cases.
- Executing asset enhancement opportunities.
- Visiting properties in person.
- Ensuring portfolio and assets meet operational, financial, and business performance goals.
- Interacting with equity partners, lenders, and investors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of related experience in complex financial modeling and valuation.
- Familiarity with multi-family/hospitality assets.
- Experience in multi-family/hospitality operations.
- Strong quantitative skills (Excel).
- Ability to present complex strategies to Executives and Stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills.
- Project management and priority management skills.
- Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time.
