Full-Time Sr Analyst, Social Media

You’ll play a critical role across social content, performance insights, community management, and social listening while utilizing AI tools—helping clients build trust, drive engagement, and stay relevant in a regulated environment all at a global scale.

1. Partner with cross-functional teams to launch best-in-class social campaigns
2. Manage 1:1 engagement, monitoring, and publishing across platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, Snap etc.)
3. Lead comment moderation, AE reconciliation, and issue escalation workflows
4. Utilize AI to guide / write: platform-native copy and work with creative to build standout social content
5. Build content calendars and publishing plans, including post timing and flighting
6. Translate ad performance and listening data into digestible, actionable insights
7. Craft social listening queries, analyze conversation data, and identify trends
8. Guide influencer engagement and assist in vetting and campaign support
9. Present insights and POVs internally and to clients, becoming a go-to social SME
10. Ensure all work aligns with brand messaging, compliance regulations, and client-approved workflows
