Role Description The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics life-cycle to identify, analyze, and present relevant insights driving business decisions and anticipating competitive advantages. Manage analytic data platforms. Design and implement reporting/business intelligence solutions. Apply advanced quantitative modeling. Develop, recommend, and communicate timely, accurate, relevant, and actionable insights.
Qualifications BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field. Advanced Degree preferred. 8-12 years experience preferred. SQL, Tableau, Datawarehouse, Salesforce CRM platform experience. Advanced Excel preferred. Client facing/Consulting Experience. High proficiency in SQL - Advanced. Proficiency in Tableau/other data visualization tools - Advanced. Data storytelling experience presenting to different audiences. Expert Excel skills (including Macros). Expert PPT skills. Consulting experience preferred.
Requirements Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects. Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals. Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models. Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope. Responsibilities Works with stakeholders to identify business opportunities, goals, or objectives. Determines if objectives can be met using an analytical approach and develops hypothesis. Identifies key data requirements and acquires data. Harmonizes, rescales, and cleans data for statistical techniques. Works across programs to share best practices. Acts as a resource for other analysts in developing actionable analytics. Applies data visualization techniques to evaluate data for model specification. Builds custom quantitative models using advanced statistical methods. Demonstrates the ability to perform validation and testing of models. Interprets results of quantitative models and develops alternatives to support business objectives. Communicates complex information clearly and concisely to various audiences. Partners with stakeholders and technologists to implement/automate models. Develops and leads changes of policies, procedures, and processes. Acts as a product owner for data analytics visualization platform. Acts as a liaison between business and technology teams.
Training and Work Schedules New hire training: 8:00am-5:00pm CT, mandatory attendance required. This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 7:00am-7:00pm CT.
