Full-Time Sr. Data Analyst

Role Summary

As Senior Data Analyst, you will report directly to the Business Analyst director. You will be in charge of:

• Develop SQL queries to analyze our data for quantitative and qualitative analysis to support Experian Consumer Services (ECS) products and benefit delivery
• You will also assess and address issues in daily control reviews to ensure product/service delivery meets KPIs and SLAs
• Create Tableau dashboards and data visualizations to highlight business insights and performance trends
• You will perform gap analysis to develop customer-centric monitoring capabilities using data analysis tools
• Collaborate with teams for research, impact analysis, and issue validation
• Develop expertise in ECS platform features and capabilities
• Analyze data from multiple platforms and sources
• Automate processes, and oversee product/service development
• Create process documentation for operational procedures and daily control reviews

Qualifications

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of hands-on SQL query development
• Adept in querying relational databases, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and other data (AWS Redshift and Python experience)
• Experience creating data visualizations with Tableau or other visualization tools
• Proficiency profiling data, including data analysis, discovery, cleansing, and transformations
• Experience with complex direct-to-consumer products and systems
• Experience and ability to present analyses and business cases to all kinds of partners
