Full-Time Sr. Data Analyst (BI)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Data Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, connecting various data sources and building effective data reports.

This role demands a high level of analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, cross collaboration and the ability to communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements whilst ensuring data collection aligns with business goals and objectives
2. Identify, access, and connect various data sources, both internal and external to concatenate fragmented data sources and ensuring data integrity and quality throughout the collection process
3. Write scalable queries in SQL to integrate and consolidate data from different sources to create a unified dataset
4. Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions
5. Present data findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
6. Implement data governance and best practices to maintain data accuracy and consistency
7. Provide training and support to team members on data-related tasks/tools and communicate complex data concepts in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders
