About the role

This position requires creativity, problem-solving, conceptual thinking, strong mathematical, analytical, and data modeling skills. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll be responsible for all analytics and reporting needs (recruiting and budget results, hiring pipeline forecasts, KPIs, competitive results, strategic planning, and identifying opportunities for more effective recruiting).
Outputs will be used by Recruiting Leadership for strategic decision-making (capacity planning, performance evaluation, budget management, strategic planning, and efficiency improvements).
What you will do
- Build recruiting analytical infrastructure by understanding the current tech stack and creating a data warehouse.
- Drive critical decisions in recruiting and business operations, calculating key performance metrics and sharing data with business partners.
- Identify critical business trends to deliver insights and actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for key leaders.
- Create predictive models and trend analysis for the recruitment team.
- Conduct audits to identify opportunities for training and improvement in the recruitment process.
- Focus on quantitative and qualitative data analytics to find meaningful business outcomes.
- Tell the story from insights through dashboards, visualizations, and presentations.
- Monitor and validate data for accuracy and quality, continually improving data management methods.
- Proactively suggest opportunities to avoid problems and anticipate future data needs.
Must Haves
- 5+ years experience in Recruiting Operations, People Operations, or Analytics with a track record of operational excellence.
- 3+ years of stakeholder management and managing large datasets.
- 4+ years of data analytics experience.
- Fluent in SQL and familiar with data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Expert in Excel/GSheets and data visualization tools (Sigma, Tableau).
- Experience with recruiting software (Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn).
- Experience leading and delivering data projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
