Full-Time Sr. Dir., Identity and Access Management (IAM)

• Strategic Leadership:Define and execute the enterprise IAM strategy aligned with business objectives, security requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Program Ownership:Oversee the design, implementation, and management of IAM platforms, including Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Access Management (SSO/MFA).
• Ensure IAM solutions integrate seamlessly with cloud (Azure AD, AWS, GCP) and on-prem environments.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging IAM technologies.
• Risk & Compliance:Establish policies and controls to meet compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
• Team Leadership:Build, lead, coach, and foster a high-performing global IAM team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaboration:Partner with Security Architecture, IT, and Product Business Units to enable secure digital transformation.

• 15+ years in larg-scale Information Security with proven experience managing scaled enterprise IAM programs in large, complex organizations.
• Technical Expertise:Deep knowledge of IAM standards and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM).
• Hands-on experience with leading IAM platforms (Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure AD)
• Leadership Skills:Strong executive presence and ability to influence at all levels.

• Experience implementing Zero Trust and passwordless strategies.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD integration for IAM.
