ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Ethics & Compliance Manager to join our Global Public Sector Legal, Ethics & Compliance team. This role is based in Toronto and requires a team player with excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Government Contract Compliance: Responsible for Canadian government contract compliance, including understanding laws, regulations, and procedures. Counsel clients on contract formation and administration, especially for commercial cloud products.
- Develop internal policies for government contracting legal & compliance requirements, covering areas like public contract formation, anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, marketing activities, hiring of public sector officials, procurement integrity, data sovereignty, and supply chain security.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for public tender offers & RFPs, assist with contract negotiations, and identify contractual risks.
- Provide counsel and training to sales, services, and other functions for the Canada public sector business.
- Industrial Security: Manage ServiceNow's Canadian Contract Security Program. Serve as Company Security Officer (CSO) and manage security clearances.
- Process security documentation and interact with government and channel partners.
- Process Visit Access Requests and other security processes.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Canadian government contracting compliance.
- 2+ years of Canadian Contract Security experience.
- Experience in leveraging AI to enhance work processes.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Skills:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian government security clearance at the Top Secret level.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize workload.
- Practical problem-solving skills and good judgment.
- Excellent communication skills.
