Position Summary: Reporting to the Manager of FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst will partner with stakeholders to support financial and business planning for assigned markets and functions. The role involves developing forecast models, conducting financial and business analysis, and utilizing data analytics to drive strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop financial forecasts for assigned markets.
- Review financial results and advise on growth and improvement opportunities.
- Perform financial and business analysis to support decision-making.
- Support sales, delivery, and revenue forecasting.
- Develop and present KPI/variance analysis.
- Design, improve, and maintain financial models.
- Collaborate on reports using TM1/BI systems.
- Translate business concepts into actionable models.
- Conduct cross-functional projects using data modeling and analysis.
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years FP&A, Accounting, or Business Analysis experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Experience with revenue planning and analysis (SAAS experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of Financial Planning Software and BI tools (TM1, Salesforce, MicroStrategy).
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, modeling).
