Full-Time Sr. Foundational Technology Partner Program Manager

As the Senior Foundational Technology Partner Program Manager, manage over 300 ecosystem partners (startups to Fortune 50 companies). Report to the Vice President of Business Development.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full partnership lifecycle for Foundational Partners (vetting, onboarding, resource access, integration certification).
• Assist with legal agreement process.
• Liaise with partners for go-to-market activities (joint solution briefs).
• Transform the partner program by developing the Foundational Partner Tier, driving efficiency and scalability through automation.
• Streamline and automate processes.
• Evolve the Foundational Tier framework to scale for growth.
• Contribute to the design of the Foundational Partner Portal.
• Define, design, and implement the transition of processes from manual to automated.
• Coordinate discussions with legal resources.
• Vet partner use cases (evaluate non-standard use cases).
• Guide partners to the right resources (integration documentation, development environments).
• Determine when to bring in additional technical resources.
• Coordinate calls for non-standard integration discussions.
• Coordinate integration certification.
• Ensure partner and integration listings are accurate in external and internal resources.
• Serve as the Point of Contact for GTM activities.
• Ensure partner integrations are recertified.
• Ensure integration functionality and accurate CyberArk contact information, logos, and product names.

Compensation: $137,000 - $190,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus.
