Full-Time Sr. Information Security Business Strategist

This position is part of the Corporate Information Security and will be located as Remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop and implement information security strategies that align with business goals
• Conduct IAM assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating security risks
• Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate security initiatives and their business value
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing IAM security programs and technologies
• Analyze industry trends to proactively enhance the organization's IAM security posture

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Familiarity with administering directory services, Windows, and Azure AD, SSO, MFA, SailPoint, CyberArk and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Experience administering IAM systems, access controls, security and risk management, and security governance fundamentals.
• Proven experience in preparing for and managing IT security audits (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and ability to translate requirements into actionable controls.
• 3+ years of related security systems administration with IAM solutions (SailPoint & CyberArk), and preferably some experience with endpoint, network, or application security solutions.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Implementing cloud security strategies in enterprise environments
• Implementing IAM program governance
