Full-Time Sr. Infrastructure Support Analyst

Sr. Network Administration Analyst

This role is responsible for a variety of important network tasks at Duck Creek Technologies. Working closely with the Network Engineer team.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting, maintaining, and monitoring network infrastructure.
• Assisting with configuring and installing network devices (switches, routers, wireless controllers, firewalls).
• Implementing and supporting Azure network infrastructure (subnets, VNets, NSGs, VNet peering, UDRs, Public IPs, load balancers, Virtual Network Gateways).
• Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues (outages, end-user problems).
• Monitoring network performance and availability, proactively resolving issues, optimizing configurations.
• Assisting with backup/recovery operations and disaster recovery planning/testing.
• Maintaining detailed records of configuration changes and creating/updating network diagrams.
• Performing other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years corporate network administration experience.
• 2+ years Azure cloud network experience.
• 2+ years Zscaler experience.
• Excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to work well under pressure, organize, prioritize, multitask, and collaborate.
• Ability to complete complex projects with minimal supervision.

• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the country of the job location.
• Work Hours: US business hours (typically 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST)
