Full-Time Sr. Machine Learning Engineer

Who We’re Looking For

You are an experienced Machine Learning Engineer passionate about creating and delivering cutting-edge enterprise-class AI-powered solutions.

You have designed and released into production multiple ML-based solutions solving real business problems using technologies such as deep learning, machine learning or generative AI.

You can work autonomously, think independently, and dream up practical, out-of-the-box ideas.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and productionalize robust, high-performing ML, LLM and other AI solutions per the roadmap, integrating them into existing product suites.
• Build supporting services for operationalizing and automating solutions, including unit and integration tests, CI/CD tooling, monitoring capabilities, and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams, Product Mgmt, and CTO to shape the AI roadmap and build new solutions for customers.
• Stay current with AI developments and evangelize them within the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software product development experience
• 3+ years of deep ML experience in a product setting
• Strong Computer Science background, ideally with a Master's degree specializing in AI
• Fluent in Python and the Data Science stack
• Experience with ML technologies and frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, scikit-learn)
• Experience with large-scale data processing technologies (SQL, data warehouses, Spark or HDFS)
• Generative AI experience (LLMs, RAG pipelines, agents, e.g., GPT4, LLama3, Mixtral, LangChain, Anthropic or OpenAI API)
• Comfortable designing and implementing the end-to-end ML workflow, deploying and monitoring models in production
• Strong customer focus
• Experience in a distributed, remote-first environment
• Familiarity with Javascript and node.js is a plus
• Experience with designing and building scalable distributed systems
• Familiarity with AWS (or Azure / GCP) is an advantage
